Wish I could give them 100 stars.  This is how a contracting company - -well, any company - should be run. They did a complete remodeling of my 50's style bathroom and acted like the work was being done in their own home.  For the most part, the vendors they recommended for cabinetry, etc. were wonderful and the contractors they had do individual jobs were top of the line.  They kept their promises, they always responded to questions and it was just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Chris, the owner, operates at a high moral and ethical level and keeps to his standards and that follows through with all the employees.  I feel lucky that I worked with them and I'm so happy with the results.

Strongbuilt Enterprises, LLC Well over a decade ago, they quickly became our favorite contractor after several jobs they bid and completed for us. Owner/operator Chris demands the best of himself and all his team. We have consistently been pleased by their work ethic and attention to detail in many jobs completed "so far" at our home: INSIDE: total water pipe renovation, drywall repair/replacement, 5 rooms painted including kitchen and bath with old wallpaper tearout, tiling master bath and 2nd full bath; OUTSIDE: whole house painted and trim replace/repair, and total tile roof replacement. They recently added HVAC and plumbing services, so we'll be calling on them for that soon too! We can't ask for better people to work with.

In every way possible, Chris Cramer and his team, which has to include specific mention of their office lead, Pam Core--are the best in the business!  We've worked with them for almost 3 years now since a renter's car caught fire and destroyed the garage.  From working with the insurance company to finishing the job early and doing a tremendous job in every aspect of the project, we couldn't be more pleased.  The house had new house smell again!  We also contracted with them to do some improvements when we moved back to Tucson.  Chris and John and Pam were always quick to respond and provide options and recommendations.  Results?  Amazing.  We highly recommend Strongbuilt!

Our project was a complete gut of our 1,950 sf home (we moved out) with new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, flooring, ceilings, etc.,  to bring our forever home up to the standard of a new house (better than new with masonry/stucco exterior walls, heavily insulated, and state-of-the-art plumbing, electrical, and HVAC). In addition to a new build of extended master suite and guest suite with bathroom that added 500 sf of the same quality as the original home, we now also have an extensive outdoor kitchen (built-in KitchenAid 90,000 BTU commercial gas stove top, built-in XL Green Egg, stainless steel sink, custom concrete countertop) along with three new patios adding another 1,000 sf of living space.

Total remodel/Build was ~$340K; a major project completed in 5-6 months (we moved back it at 5 months). Well worth the 20% general contractor management fee to have a worry free project completed on time and with excellent communication throughout. Change orders were all our choice, with very few surprises (we have a well-built house in Tanque Verde that we have lived in for 30 years). Our budget over run was a reasonable 15% to get everything we wanted.

My highest recommendation of StrongBuilt Enterprises for a major remodel and build is based on 1) reliable scheduling (start/stop when promised), 2) professional job supervision and communication, and 3) quality workmanship based on pride in doing the job right.

BTW: Chris, John, Charlie, and Juan were a pleasure to work with.

We were very happy with Strongbuilt. They were with us every step of the way and were very responsive and easy to work with. We knew we wanted to add a garage to our house, but truly did not know where to start. I called and Pam spent the time walking me through the steps and answered my questions. She even recommended an amazing Architect to pull the drawings together. The bid pulled together was extremely complete and they took the time to survey the area in detail. They found and recommended items that we did not even know to consider and really brought our ideas to life. Their bid was 10% less than the next lowest bidder as well! Even though our project was straight forward (add a garage), it was complicated by the fact that ALL our utilities had to be moved. This was electric, solar, water, gas, irrigation, and cable. Their coordination with the utility companies was incredible. We were never without water or power or gas for more than a few hours even though EVERYTHING had to be moved. Pam is a master communicator and really keeps things moving. Chris is the visionary and walked us through what was going to be done and when and why certain decision had to be made (drainage, code, etc) and never tired of answering our questions. John was the site manager and was very easy to work with and kept the building humming along. The whole project was competed quickly and we could not be happier.
