There are two kinds of builders. Some see an opportunity to make money by overcharging, and those who love to build. If I were looking for a builder today, I'd look for a guy who honestly has a passion for construction. You can always tell this kind of builder because they tend to go on and on about materials and construction methods until your eyes glaze over. This is me. I have such a passion for this I get very excited. I am originally from Orange County, California. I left California in 1989 to pursue an education from the University of New Mexico. I graduated with my bachelor's degree in science and lived and worked in the Albuquerque area for ten years. My passion for building and developing homes, which is a characteristic that I learned from my father at an early age, brought me to Tucson to work with him. I started working for my father as a construction manager overseeing all aspects of custom home building throughout Tucson. I was fortunate to be asked to join corporate America with a large homebuilder and work at a higher volume. I became the lead project manager on several concurrent projects. After doing this for several years I realized that I was meant to be back in the custom end of things. I currently live in Oro Valley, am married to a wonderful woman, and have three beautiful girls. To this day, I am a believer in the customer and the quality product that drives me to do this business. I hope we can build your dream and be a part of your future.
